Responsible Trekking & Climbing:
One of the major backbone and important of the trekking and climbing expeditions are the porters including beast of burden (Mules, Yaks and Ghopkyo) without their support it’s not possible to reach from one designated camp to another, so the top priority goes to their welfare including our field staff and clients.
To minimize the burden of heavy loads we always take care for the comfort of our porters and pack animals as well, never giving them too much load to carry with sustainable wages in most of the trek one porter normally carry 2-3 people baggage, while our porters carry 2 bags and depending upon the weights as well never exceeding more than 30 kg per load per porters, where’s some pack animals can carry at least 50 – 60 kgs. All our porters are well known who have been with us in many trekking and expeditions and they are always happy to work with us in any areas of trekking and climbing, this makes our trip more successful and where the baggage and camping equipment reach on time in each designated camps due to our loyal and strong healthy porters and good well planned management.
High Quality Equipments and well managed:
Sherpa Mountaineering has led and organized various many trips and expeditions without any flaw in management as we provide excellent equipments mostly in camping trips two men tents, dining, kitchen and toilets tents of high quality of all resistant’s from wind, snow and rains including bed rolls (rubber mattress / foam),
All our kitchen unit is of high standard with high altitude chefs with varied menus, and we are the few first company been using kerosene and LP (cooking gas stoves) for more than 2 decades saving the fire woods for the local villagers, instead of using for the trekking purpose this will save and conserve from deforestation. All camping and places of trail are kept clean with proper rubbish disposal or by carrying back.
All our cost and prices of each trips areas are standard and affordable where 10 % of income goes to charity for maintain of trekking path, keeping the village schools at standard with facilities of school materials and some fund goes to monasteries to maintain their daily life of poor monks and nuns and to keep the culture and traditions alive. We also fund some monasteries on route to keep the culture and religion alive and active as it was for hundreds of years. Beside we provide information and guidelines to villagers in reforestation and conservation to keep the environment green and alive from destructions.

To maintain our standard and quality service on every trip, we make sure that moderate number of people in each group are better with good service and hygiene and less impact on eco trekking also.
To make every trip a winner and the best with high success we allow maximum of 10 to 15 in large groups, and 6-8 pax in a group depending of the area and duration of each trekking and climbing itineraries.
